Report Format. Contractor may propose report formats that are responsive to the objectives and audiences for each report. The format of each report shall be approved by Agency. The Agency may review and request changes to Contractor’s report formats and content and Contractor shall not unreasonably deny such requests. Contractor agrees to submit all reports by e-mail in a format compatible with the Agency’s software and computers so the Agency can sort and analyze data. Contractor shall provide a certification statement, under penalty of perjury by the responsible Contractor official, that the report being submitted is true and correct to the best knowledge of such official after their reasonable inquiry.
