Report Format. County shall propose report formats that are responsive to the objectives and audiences for each report and are achievable through Contractor’s data systems. Contractor agrees to submit a copy of all reports to County. Contractor shall provide a certification statement, under penalty of perjury by the responsible Contractor official, that the report being submitted is true and correct to the best knowledge of such official after their reasonable Inquiry.
