REPORT FORMAT OR TEMPLATES. 8.4.1. The Contractor shall provide all reports in a format or template directed by the Department. The Department will develop the templates with input from the Contractor. The Contractor shall ensure that all reports comply with the specific guidance provided by the Department related to that report. With Department permission, the Contractor may include information required by this Contract in reports and deliverables the Department requires per the terms of other contracts.
