REPORT-IN AND CALL-IN WORK. Section 18.1. Any employee, who accepts an authorized request to work during hours outside his regularly scheduled time, excluding court duty, shall be paid in the following manner after reporting to his regular work assignment. A. An employee called while at home and required to begin work at the Jail at a time disconnected from his regular shift by more than one (1) hour shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours' work at the applicable rate of pay for such work in addition to his regularly scheduled shift pay; and B. An employee requested to begin work at the Jail anytime within the one (1) hour immediately preceding the start of his regular shift shall be paid only for the time actually worked.
