Report Malfunctions, Damage. The Customer, promptly on becoming aware of any actual or threatened damage to or malfunction in the Meter, must notify SunWater: (a) where the damage or malfunction is serious, verbally and subsequently in writing; and (b) otherwise in a manner convenient to the Customer.
