Common use of Report of Contract Purchases Clause in Contracts

Report of Contract Purchases. Contractor shall furnish a report of all Products provided under the Piggyback Contract during each quarterly period, no later than the 15th of the month following the close of each quarter. Quarterly periods will end on March 31st, June 30th, September 30th and December 31st. Purchases by Non-state agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law shall be reported in the same report and be indicated as required.
