Report of Discharge. The Union shall be notified of any immediate discharge and a full report of the incident shall be forwarded within twenty-four hours to the Union office. An extension of this time period may be granted with the written approval of the Union and the Company. The Employee in question will continue to receive their contracted wages until such time as the full report is provided.
