Report to the County Sample Clauses

The "Report to the County" clause requires a party to provide regular or specific reports to the county government regarding certain activities, progress, or compliance matters. Typically, this involves submitting documentation or updates on project status, financial expenditures, or other relevant information as stipulated in the agreement. By mandating these reports, the clause ensures transparency and accountability, enabling the county to monitor performance and address issues proactively.
Report to the County. Within thirty (30) days following completion of any investigatory, containment, remediation and/or removal action required by this Agreement, Licensee shall provide the County with a written report outlining in detail what has been done and the results thereof.
Report to the County. The Agency shall submit one final report to the County no later than June 30, 2026 via the County’s on-line portal. Said report shall include total cumulative expenditures and supporting documentation or invoices that verify these expenses. In addition, the Agency shall submit with the final report a performance measure or measures which demonstrates the service(s) provided (e.g., number of total households served).
Report to the County. Effective November 1, 2022 through July 15, 2025, NIFB shall submit monthly performance measure reports to the County. Reports submitted on the 15th of the month shall reflect data through the end of the prior month. Reports shall include, but not be limited to: (1) the amount of food and other essential commodities purchased; and (2) the list of food pantries assisted with estimated value of items provided to each food pantry.
