Reportable Outside Activity Clause Samples

The Reportable Outside Activity clause requires individuals, typically employees or contractors, to disclose any external professional activities that may relate to or impact their primary role with the organization. This includes activities such as consulting, teaching, or holding positions with other entities that could present a conflict of interest or affect job performance. By mandating disclosure, the clause helps organizations monitor and manage potential conflicts, ensuring transparency and protecting both the organization's interests and the integrity of its operations.
