Reporting and Detention Time. 18.1 The reporting time of employees shall be set sufficiently in advance of the train departure time to enable them to do the necessary preparatory work. Reporting time will be set at the discretion of the Corporation and will be the subject of discussion between the Local Chairperson and the designated officer of the Corporation.
