Common use of Reporting and Location Clause in Contracts

Reporting and Location. As of the Start Date, Executive will report to Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Chief Executive Officer, and work in the Company’s San Mateo office (the “Principal Office”) or remotely pursuant to the Company’s remote work policies.

Upon request of the Chief Executive Officer, and with travel reimbursed by Company, Executive will travel to and work at the Company’s San Mateo office (the “Principal Office”) or remotely pursuant to such other location necessitated by the Company’s remote work policiesbusiness purposes.
