Common use of Reporting and Payment Clause in Contracts

Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, reporting numbers are based on xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ dashboard reports of the Advertiser and/or any other databases and/or dashboards that the Advertiser may decide from time to time. The report shall summarize data including but not limited to, the number of registrations and/or actions according to the payment model agreed between the Parties, the amount of payment of reporting month/biweek and other variables of the products.
