Reporting and Payments. 6.1 Licensee shall provide Licensor a report within thirty (30) of the end of each Reporting Period, as defined in Exhibit B. The report shall detail the number of Licensed Products sold, the Net Sales of Licensed Products and royalties due. The report shall be accompanied by payment of the royalties due.
