Common use of Reporting by Settlement Administrator Clause in Contracts

Reporting by Settlement Administrator. Throughout the period of claims administration, the Settlement Administrator will provide regular reports to Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Equitable’s counsel regarding the status of the mailing of the Notice Packets to Named Plaintiff and Potential Opt-In Plaintiffs, the claims administration process, the receipt of Consent to Join and Release Forms, distribution of the Settlement Checks, and any other aspect of the claims administration process.

Reporting by Settlement Administrator. Throughout the period of claims administration, the Settlement Administrator will shall provide regular such reports to Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Equitable’s counsel the Settling Parties upon request by either Settling Party regarding the status of the mailing of the Notice Packets to Named Plaintiff Plaintiffs and Potential Opt-In PlaintiffsPutative Collective Members, the claims settlement administration process, the receipt of Consent to Join and Release Forms, distribution of the Settlement Checkssettlement checks, and any other aspect of the claims settlement administration process.

The Parties shall have equal access to the Settlement Administrator.
