Reporting by the Administrative Agent; Delivery of Certain Documentation. (a) On or prior to the date hereof, and periodically thereafter as required in order to update the contents thereof upon any changes in the matters certified therein, the Administrative Agent shall furnish to the Trustee and each Beneficiary an Officer's Certificate listing the officers of the Administrative Agent involved in, or responsible for, the servicing of the related Leases and Vehicles.
