Reporting by the Servicer; Delivery of Certain Documentation. (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, and periodically thereafter as required in order to update the contents thereof upon any changes in the matters certified therein, the Servicer shall furnish to the Titling Trustee and the Related Beneficiary an Officer’s Certificate listing the officers of the Servicer involved in, or responsible for, the servicing of the 2010-B Leases.
