Common use of Reporting Compliance Clause in Contracts

Reporting Compliance. Grantor agrees to comply with any and all reporting requirements applicable to the transactions evidenced by the Notes and Credit Agreement and secured by this Mortgage which are set forth in any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order or determination of any governmental authority, including but not limited to The International Investment Survey Act of 1976, The Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978, The Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act of 1980 and the Tax Reform Act of 1984 and further agrees upon request of Administrative Lender to furnish Administrative Lender with evidence of such compliance.

Reporting Compliance. Grantor agrees to comply with any and all reporting requirements applicable to the transactions transaction evidenced by the Notes and Credit Agreement Note and secured by this Mortgage which are set forth in any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order or determination of any governmental authority, including but not limited to The International Investment Survey Act of 1976, The Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978, The Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act of 1980 and the The Tax Reform Act of 1984 and further agrees upon request of Administrative Lender Noteholder to furnish Administrative Lender Noteholder with evidence of such compliance.. Section 5.22

Grantor agrees to comply with any and all reporting requirements applicable to the transactions transaction evidenced by the Notes and Credit Agreement Loan Instruments and secured by this Mortgage Deed of Trust which are set forth in any law, statute, ordinance, rule, regulation, order or determination of any governmental authority, including but not limited to The International Investment Survey Act of 1976, The Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978, The Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act of 1980 and the Tax Reform Act of 1984 and further agrees upon request of Administrative Lender Beneficiary to furnish Administrative Lender Beneficiary with evidence of such compliance.
