Annual Progress Reports. If LPHA is funded under this PE12-04, LPHA shall submit annual program reports. As part of the progress report financial information will be reported both per major category of expense and by objective. OHA ASPR will provide a template for these reports.
(a) Scheduled Due Dates for annual reports from LPHA to the MRC State Program (OHA-PHD): STTRONG Budget Period Annual Report Due Date
Annual Progress Reports. LICENSEE shall provide LICENSOR with written annual reports within sixty (60) days after the end of each calendar year during the term of this Agreement to report on LICENSEE’s progress in developing and marketing Licensed Product. The obligation to submit such progress reports shall end upon the First Commercial Sale of Licensed Product.
Annual Progress Reports. All projects must report annually into REEport. Annual progress reports should be submitted to REEport. The NIFA contact for REEport is identified in a. above. The annual Progress Report follows the format of the government-wide Research Performance Progress Report (RPPR) and includes a summary of participants, target audiences, products (outputs), accomplishments (outcomes/impacts), and changes/problems. Each year the award is active, the REEport system will notify the awardee or designated contact electronically of upcoming reporting requirements. An annual Progress Report must be completed in accordance with instructions accompanying the request and/or those provided on the REEport data entry website referenced in item d. Reports must be submitted electronically utilizing access information (e.g., login information) provided in the REEport request for a progress report. An annual Progress Report is due 90 calendar days after the award’s anniversary date (i.e., one year following the month and day of which the project period begins and each year thereafter up until a final report is required). An annual Progress Report covers the most recent one-year period. The following information, when applicable, must be included in the Project Modifications section of the annual Progress Report.
(1) A comparison of actual accomplishments with the goals established for the reporting period (where the output of the project can be expressed readily in numbers, a computation of the cost per unit of output should be submitted if the information is considered useful);
(2) The reasons for slippage if established goals were not met; and
(3) Additional pertinent information including, when appropriate, analysis and explanation of cost overruns or unexpectedly high unit costs.
Annual Progress Reports. Within [**] days after each anniversary of the Commencement Date, AMT shall furnish ST. JUDE with a written report summarizing efforts and achievements toward Developing and Commercializing Licensed Products, including the status of any regulatory submissions, clinical trials and sublicensing activities. This report shall also include a statement regarding insurance coverage in accordance with Section 8.1 (iii) below.
Annual Progress Reports. LICENSEE shall provide to LICENSOR annual written progress reports with the first Quarterly Report for each calendar year after the Effective Date of this agreement. The reports shall include sufficient detail to allow LICENSOR to determine progress on research and development, manufacturing, sublicensing, marketing and sales during the previous twelve (12) months as well as plans for the coming year.
Annual Progress Reports. LICENSEE, within thirty (30) days of the end of a calendar year, shall provide to LICENSOR annual written progress reports prior to the first Quarterly Report for each calendar year after the effective date of this agreement. The reports shall include sufficient detail to allow LICENSOR to determine progress on research and development, manufacturing, sublicensing, marketing and sales during the previous twelve (12) months as well as plans for the coming year.
Annual Progress Reports. Not later than 18 months after the Phase 1 Starting Date, and on an annual basis thereafter, the Principal Recipient shall submit to the Global Fund, in form and substance satisfactory to the Global Fund, an Annual Progress Report covering programmatic progress during the Principal Recipient’s preceding programmatic or fiscal year. Guidance on the form of this report is available upon request from the Global Fund.
Annual Progress Reports. The Contractor shall submit to the Authority an Annual Progress Report (“APR”), covering the Operating Year as designated by HUD and the Authority. The Contractor shall submit one (1) APR for each Operating Year, and the Executive Director of the Contractor shall sign the APRs. The APRs shall be considered due to the Authority 30 days after the end date of each Operating Year. The format of the APRs shall conform to the most recent template issued by HUD.
Annual Progress Reports. (a) By the due dates specified in the Milestone Schedule, the Recipient must submit to the Department:
(i) an Annual Progress Report for the preceding calendar year, substantially in the form of the template provided by the Department (if any); and
(ii) the Recipient's Financial Report required under Item 5.5 for the preceding calendar year.
(b) The Annual Progress Report must include but need not be limited to, the following Activity performance information:
(i) a description of actual performance against the Milestones;
(ii) a detailed description of work undertaken during the 12 months of the preceding calendar year;
(iii) details of progress against the Research Plan for the preceding calendar year, including monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities specified in the Research Plan;
(iv) details of Funds spent against the Activity Budget for the preceding calendar year and any proposed carry over of funds;
(v) details of progress against any Emerging Priority Plan approved by the Department in the preceding calendar year and details of Emerging Priority Funds spent; and
(vi) a discussion and statement as to whether the timeframes and Milestones for the Activity are being met and an explanation of any delays that have occurred, including the reasons for those delays and the action the Recipient proposes to take to address the delay and the expected effects (if any) the delay will have on the Activity (including subsequent Milestones and the overall completion of the Activity).
(c) The Annual Progress Report must be provided in final draft form to, and endorsed by, the Hub Steering Committee.
(d) Unless the Recipient is otherwise notified by the Department, the Department will reject or accept the Annual Progress Report within 40 Business Days of submission by the Recipient under clause 5.3(a). Where the Annual Progress Report is rejected, the Recipient must continue to submit an Annual Progress Report, including any necessary amendments until the Department approves the Annual Progress Report.
(e) A publicly available version of the accepted Annual Progress Report must be made available on the Hub website following acceptance by the Department.
Annual Progress Reports. AgrEvo shall provide 3DP with written annual reports after the end of each calendar year during the term of this Agreement to report on AgrEvo's progress in developing Active Compounds and Research Program Compounds. The obligation to submit such progress reports shall end upon the commencement of Net Sales.
