Annual Progress Reports. LICENSEE shall provide LICENSOR with written annual reports within sixty (60) days after the end of each calendar year during the term of this Agreement to report on LICENSEE’s progress in developing and marketing Licensed Product. The obligation to submit such progress reports shall end upon the First Commercial Sale of Licensed Product.

Annual Progress Reports. If LPHA is funded under this PE12-04, LPHA shall submit annual program reports. As part of the progress report financial information will be reported both per major category of expense and by objective. OHA ASPR will provide a template for these reports.
Annual Progress Reports. All projects must report annually into REEport. Annual progress reports should be submitted to REEport. The NIFA contact for REEport is identified in a. above. The annual Progress Report follows the format of the government-wide Research Performance Progress Report (RPPR) and includes a summary of participants, target audiences, products (outputs), accomplishments (outcomes/impacts), and changes/problems. Each year the award is active, the REEport system will notify the awardee or designated contact electronically of upcoming reporting requirements. An annual Progress Report must be completed in accordance with instructions accompanying the request and/or those provided on the REEport data entry website referenced in item d. Reports must be submitted electronically utilizing access information (e.g., login information) provided in the REEport request for a progress report. An annual Progress Report is due 90 calendar days after the award’s anniversary date (i.e., one year following the month and day of which the project period begins and each year thereafter up until a final report is required). An annual Progress Report covers the most recent one-year period. The following information, when applicable, must be included in the Project Modifications section of the annual Progress Report.

Annual Progress Reports. Recipient must submit to DAS annual progress reports (each a “Progress Report”) until Grant funds are fully expended. A Progress Report is due one year from distribution of funding and thereafter annually until the Grant funds are fully expended. Each Progress Report shall contain a brief narrative and financial report on the total use of Grant funds. The narrative and financial report should include, but need not be limited to, the following information:
Annual Progress Reports. The Contractor shall submit to the Authority an Annual Progress Report (“APR”), covering the Operating Year as designated by HUD and the Authority. The Contractor shall submit one (1) APR for each Operating Year, and the Executive Director of the Contractor shall sign the APRs. The APRs shall be considered due to the Authority 30 days after the end date of each Operating Year. The format of the APRs shall conform to the most recent template issued by HUD.
