As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the information to be provided by the Ceding Company in these monthly reports to the Reinsurer shall be on a self-administered reporting basis as set out in Exhibit VII. The Ceding Company shall inform the Reinsurer at least one month in advance of any change in the reporting format or data prior to its use in reports to the Reinsurer. The Ceding Company shall provide the Reinsurer with a test file containing such a change prior to its implementation in the production of reports.
