Reporting Non-Permitted Use or Disclosure and Security Incidents. Business Associate shall report to Covered Entity each Non-Permitted Use or Disclosure that is made by Business Associate, its employees, representatives, agents or subcontractors, but is not specifically permitted by this Agreement, and effective as of April 20, 2005, shall report to Covered Entity each Security Incident of which Business Associate becomes aware.
