Use of Subcontractors and Agents. Business Associate shall require each of its agents and subcontractors that receive Protected Health Information from Business Associate, or create Protected Health Information for Business Associate, on behalf of Covered Entity, to execute a written agreement obligating the agent or subcontractor to comply with all the terms of this Business Associate Agreement.

Business Associate shall ensure that any subcontractors or agents that create, receive, maintain or transmit PHI on behalf of Business Associate in connection with the Services it provides to Covered Entity under this Agreement shall agree to the same restrictions, conditions and requirements that apply to Business Associate with respect to such information, as provided in this Agreement, in accordance with 45 C.F.R. §§ 164.502(e)(1)(ii) and 164.308(b)(2), by requiring subcontractors and agents to enter into a written business associate agreement with Business Associate, incorporating such restrictions, conditions and requirements.

Use of Subcontractors and Agents. MBR shall require each of its agents and subcontractors that receive Health Information from MBR to comply with this Section 19 of this Agreement with respect to such Health Information.
Use of Subcontractors and Agents. Data Set Recipient shall require each of its agents and subcontractors that receive the Limited Data Set to execute a written agreement obligating the agent or subcontractor to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

Sub-Business Associate agrees to ensure that any subcontractors and agents that create, receive, maintain, or transmit ACO’s PHI on behalf of Sub- Business Associate agree in writing to the same restrictions and conditions that apply through this Agreement to Sub-Business Associate with respect to such information. Moreover, Sub-Business Associate agrees to ensure any such subcontractor or agent agrees to implement reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect ACO’s Electronic PHI.
Use of Subcontractors and Agents. Morehouse shall require each of its agents and subcontractors that receive PHI from Morehouse to execute a written agreement obligating the agent or subcontractor to comply with all the terms of this Agreement.
Use of Subcontractors and Agents. Business Associate agrees to ensure that any Subcontractor that creates, receives, maintains or transmits PHI on behalf of Business Associate enters into a written agreement with Business Associate requiring that the Subcontractor abide by no less protective terms than those provided in this Exhibit to safeguard the PHI in compliance with the applicable provisions of the HIPAA Rules.
