Reporting of “Bias. Crimes and “Bias-Related” Acts. The school district agrees to report all suspected “bias” crimes and “bias-related” acts to law enforcement officials. Law enforcement officials will determine whether they have jurisdiction over the matter and the appropriate law enforcement response.
