Reporting of Sick Leave. The employee will call in sick or returning in accordance with Article 14.05 to the designated employer for purposes of payment. For purposes of notification of absence, the employee will notify the appropriate home in accordance with Article 14.05 of their absence that shift.
Reporting of Sick Leave. 39 An employee who has a position which requires a replacement during 40 illness must notify the supervisor on duty in sufficient time (at least one (1) hour) before 41 the beginning of his or her shift so that a replacement may be obtained. Other employees 42 must notify their immediate supervisor, if available, or work site no later than fifteen (15) 1 minutes before their scheduled starting time. Failure to so report may result in loss of pay 2 for the day involved.
Reporting of Sick Leave. A. In so far as possible, an employee shall notify his/her supervisor or designated contact person no later than the start of the employee’s work day, of any absence due to illness or injury. If unit procedures require a designated contact person, the Judiciary shall provide name(s) of individuals to be contacted and an alternate method of communication if designated individual(s) are not available.
B. Failure of an employee to supply proper notification to his/her supervisor or designated contact person without reasonable excuse may result in:
1. Denial of sick leave for the absence.
2. Disciplinary action.
Reporting of Sick Leave. Employees will notify the Employer in the normal manner of an expected absence from work prior to the commencement of their normal starting time or as soon as it is practical thereafter. The employee shall notify the supervisor of the anticipated return to work. Employees shall notify their supervisor of any limitations or restrictions, verified by a licensed medical practitioner, prior to their return.
Reporting of Sick Leave. An employee who must be absent by reason of 6 illness or injury shall make reasonable effort to notify his or her immediate supervisor at 7 least one (1) hour before the beginning of his or her scheduled shift.

Reporting of Sick Leave. Except where extenuating circumstances prevent immediate notification, employees shall report to their supervisor by phone or voicemail at provided contact number, absence due to sickness or disability prior to the scheduled start of their shift. Upon return to work the employee shall be required to complete the University’s sick leave reporting form.

Reporting of Sick Leave a. Employees must report any absence (foreseeable and unforeseeable) to their extracurricular lead as soon as possible before the required start of their extracurricular assignment. Employees must also complete and submit the designated form for timekeeping purposes.
b. When an absence(s) has an adverse impact on the program, the employee may be asked to present a doctor’s statement attesting to the illness or injury necessitating the employee’s continued absence.
c. The Extracurricular Lead or designee will determine if a substitute is needed to cover the absence.
Reporting of Sick Leave. An employee on sick leave shall inform the supervisor of the fact as soon as possible. Advancing sick leave credits after an employee’s earned sick leave credits have been expended is expressly prohibited.
