Common use of Reporting of Compensation Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Compensation. Consistent with the confidentiality obligations under this Agreement, Service Recipient reserves the right to make reports to applicable government agencies disclosing information associated with any compensation paid under this Agreement in order to comply with applicable laws, which information may be published on government records available to the public, including the XXXXX electronic filing system of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
