Common use of Reporting of Income Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Income. The Escrow Agent shall report to the Internal Revenue Service, as of each calendar year-end, and to the Purchaser and Canfxxxx Xxxhnologies, as applicable, all income earned from the investment of any sum held in the Escrow Account as and to the extent required under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder (the "Code").

Reporting of Income. The Escrow Agent shall report to the Internal Revenue Service, as of each calendar year-end, and to the Purchaser and Canfxxxx Xxxhnologies, as applicableOblas, all income earned from the investment of any sum held in the Escrow Account Fund against Oblas, as and to the extent required under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as 1986,as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder (the "Code").
