Reporting of Legal Claims. If anyone makes a legal claim against a Member as a result of his/ her use of advertising materials created by NSP, that claim should be reported to the NSP Legal Department immediately.

Notice of Legal Actions The Contractor must notify the Department of any legal actions filed against it for a violation of any laws, rules, codes, ordinances or licensing requirements within 30 days of the action being filed. The Contractor must notify the Department of any legal actions filed against it for a breach of a contract of similar size and scope to this Contract within 30 days of the action being filed. Failure to notify the Department of a legal action within 30 days of the action will be grounds for termination for cause of the Contract.
Other Legal Actions The actions stipulated in this Integrity Pact are without prejudice to any other legal action that may follow in accordance with the provisions of the extant law in force relating to any civil or criminal proceedings.
Notice of Legal Matter or Litigation Grantee will send notice to the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) email box, XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx of any litigation or legal matter related to or affecting this Contract within seven (7) calendar days of becoming aware of the litigation or legal matter.
Institution of Legal Actions Any legal actions related to or arising out of this Agreement must be instituted in the District Court of Xxxxxxx County, Kansas or, if federal jurisdiction exists, in the Federal District Court in the District of Kansas.
Right to Legal Counsel The union is the exclusive bargaining agent for the bargaining unit employee and as such has the exclusive right to represent the employee in all matters pertaining to his/her terms and conditions of employment, including matters that may lead to discipline by the employer. An individual bargaining unit employee has no right to be represented by legal counsel during an Article 2 investigation involving an allegation of harassment.
Regulatory and Legal Changes The parties acknowledge that the respective rights and obligations of each party as set forth in this Agreement upon its execution are based on law and the regulatory environment as it exists on the date of execution of this Agreement. Comcast may, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, in the event there is a material change in any law, rule, regulation, Force Majeure event, or judgment of any court or government agency, and that change affects Comcast’s ability to provide the Services herein.
Accountability and extent of authority An employee at this level performs broad tasks involving the utilisation of a range of basic skills in the provision of domestic assistance and simple personal care tasks and is responsible for the quality of their work.
Waiver of Unknown Claims This Agreement is intended to be effective as a general release of and bar to each and every Claim hereinabove specified. Accordingly, Executive hereby expressly waives any rights and benefits conferred by Section 1542 of the California Civil Code and any similar provision of any other applicable state law as to the Claims. Section 1542 of the California Civil Code provides: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” Executive acknowledges that Executive later may discover claims, demands, causes of action or facts in addition to or different from those which Executive now knows or believes to exist with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and which, if known or suspected at the time of executing this Agreement, may have materially affected its terms. Nevertheless, Executive hereby waives, as to the Claims, any claims, demands, and causes of action that might arise as a result of such different or additional claims, demands, causes of action or facts.
Conflict of Interest; Governmental Conduct Act A. The Contractor represents and warrants that it presently has no interest and, during the term of this Agreement, shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance or services required under the Agreement.
Notice of Litigation Each Seller shall promptly notify the applicable Purchaser upon becoming aware of any Proceedings or threatened Proceedings concerning any Serviced Appointment, in each case, excluding Proceedings in servicer-managed mortgage-level litigation with respect to residential mortgage-backed securities transactions. Notices delivered pursuant to this Section 5.4 will be delivered to the notice recipient designated on Annex B.
