Reporting of Listed Events. (a) Pursuant to the provisions of this section, upon the occurrence of any of the following events (in each case to the extent applicable) with respect to the Bonds, the District shall give, or cause to be given by so notifying the Dissemination Agent in writing and instructing the Dissemination Agent to give, notice of the occurrence of such event, in each case, pursuant to Section 5(c) hereof:
