Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Indivior shall post on its website a description of the types of Payments it Indivior Corporate Integrity Agreement makes to Covered Recipients and include a link to CMS’s Open Payments Data website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx) and this information and link shall be maintained on the Indivior website at least throughout the term of the CIA. Indivior also shall include on its website instructions regarding how to utilize the CMS Open Payments Data search tool to search for information regarding Payments provided to Covered Recipients from Indivior.
