Reporting of Potential Issues. The Seller and the Seller’s subcontractors/suppliers shall report to the NASA JSC Export Services Team (EST), in writing, and the Boeing Export Compliance office by copy, any potential export issues (including those related to support of sustaining engineering and operations of ISS) that cannot be resolved by the Seller. Such report and/or notification of issues and technical tasks should be reported to the NASA JSC EST at least three months in advance of requested action. The copy to Buyer shall be identified as NAS15-10000 {the number of this contract}. The document shall be in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. The document shall be submitted and maintained electronically. The Seller and the Seller’s subcontractors/suppliers shall maintain copies of the documents in accordance with U.S. Export Regulations.
