Reporting Provisions Specific to HICAP. Subrecipient shall ensure that program data is entered into the Statewide HICAP Automated Reporting Program (SHARP) in accordance with CDA requirements [Welf. & Inst. Code § 9541(c)(8)]. Data entered must be timely, complete, accurate, and verifiable.
