The 'Reporting; Record Keeping' clause requires parties to maintain accurate records and provide regular reports related to their activities under the agreement. Reporting; Record Keeping. Sponsor will be available at reasonable times to discuss the activities of the Trust with the trustee of the Trust or its designee. Any written reports supplied by Sponsor to the Trust discussing the activities of the Trust are intended solely for the benefit of the Trust, and the Trust agrees that it will not disseminate such reports to any other party (other than the Trust’s service providers) without the prior consent of Sponsor, except as may be required by applicable law. Sponsor shall make or cause to be made, and shall maintain or cause to be maintained, all records as are required to be made or maintained by it in its capacity as Sponsor of the Trust.

Sponsor will be available at reasonable times to discuss the management of the Funds with the Trust or its designee. Any written reports supplied by Sponsor to the Trust discussing Fund management are intended solely for the benefit of the Trust and the Funds, and the Trust agrees that it will not disseminate such reports to any other party (other than the Funds’ service providers) without the prior consent of Sponsor, except as may be required by applicable law. Sponsor shall make or cause to be made, and shall maintain or cause to be maintained, all records as are required to be made or maintained by it in its capacity as commodity pool operator and commodity trading advisor of the Funds.
Reporting; Record Keeping access and audit
7.1 The Recipient agrees to:
(a) hold the Funding in an account in the Recipient’s name and in the Recipient’s sole control;
(b) maintain records of the expenditure of the Funding;
(c) provide each required Progress Report by the due date specified in Item 10 of the Details;
(d) provide an update report, at the Department’s request, up to 12 months after the Project End Date;
(e) provide any information reasonably requested by the Department; and
(f) allow the Department’s employees, contractors and agents to access the premises and inspect records and Project documentation and/or audit the performance of the Agreement, upon reasonable notice; to the satisfaction of the Department.
7.2 All Reports and information provided must be:
(a) true and accurate in all respects; and
(b) of a standard and in a format acceptable to the Department.
