Reporting Requirements of Each Originator. Until the later of (i) the Termination Date and (ii) the date upon which no Capital Investment shall be outstanding and no Obligations (other than contingent indemnification obligations) remain unpaid under this Agreement and the Receivables Purchase Agreement, FNIS and, with respect to Sections 4.02(d), (f) and (g), each Originator shall furnish to the SPV and the Agent for distribution to the Purchasers (unless such information has been delivered pursuant to the Receivables Purchase Agreement):
