Common use of Reporting Safety Hazards to City Clause in Contracts

Reporting Safety Hazards to City. District Manager or its Subcontractors are to immediately report any and all actual, perceived or potential safety hazards, as described further in Section F(5) of this Scope of Work, to the appropriate City Department. This is especially appropriate for any responsibilities that fall within the purview of the City.
