Reporting Structure. The Chief Executive Officer shall report to and be under the direction of the Board of Directors. The Manager shall report to the Company and the Board of Directors through the Chief Executive Officer.

10.7.1.2.3 Counselors/faculty assigned to non-general counseling departments - -specifically EOPS, DSPS, Enrollment Services, and CalWORKS--will maintain a direct reporting line to the manager over their specific department but will also have an indirect reporting line to the Xxxx of Counseling and Student Support Services.

This includes the necessary internal and external arrangement dictated by the Performance Framework, verbal updates on activity, the submission of Network Board minutes and written reports as well as the submission of annual reports. The WEDMCN will ensure appropriate escalation arrangements are in place to alert stakeholder organisations of any urgent/critical matters that may affect the operation and or reputation of any participating stakeholder organisation.
