Work Environment. The City acknowledges its responsibility to provide a safe and healthful work environment for City employees. The City agrees to investigate and give consideration to departmental recommendations to improve the working environment for represented employees. The City agrees to maintain safety standards for represented employees as required by the pertinent provisions of Cal-OSHA.
Work Environment. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Work Environment. Employees, officers and directors must treat each other with professional courtesy and respect at all times. Employees, officers and directors shall not subject any other employee to unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors or other verbal or physical conduct which might be construed as sexual in nature, or harass others on the basis of race, disability, gender, sexual orientation or any other consideration prohibited by law. Such conduct may constitute sexual harassment or harassment under federal, provincial and state law and may be the basis for legal action against the offending employee and/or Biovail. Employees are encouraged to report all conduct that they believe in good faith to be violations of local anti-harassment policies. To the extent permissible under local law the identity of the employees, officers or directors involved will be kept strictly confidential, and will not be revealed by Biovail’s management without the employee’s permission. The alleged harassment will be thoroughly investigated by Biovail and appropriate action will be taken. Biovail has an appropriate policy to protect employees against discrimination or retaliation as a result of such a complaint.
Work Environment. EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION will provide a clean and properly maintained workspace(s) for MAXIM to conduct the Service(s) that will enable MAXIM to safely provide Services to Student(s). EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION will provide furniture at its sole risk to include, but not limited to, tables and chairs, and allow Personnel reasonable access to telephones for business use. XXXXX will not be responsible for the proper maintenance of any property supplied by EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION.

If the employer changes any teacher’s classroom assignment, the Employer must give sufficient notice where practicable, specifying the new location and granting the teacher time without student contact to make the move.
