REPORTING SUBAWARD AND EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION INFORMATION. The Subrecipient shall comply with all applicable provisions of 2 C.F.R. Part 170, including the award term set forth in Appendix A to 2 C.F.R. Part 170, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Subject to any exceptions, the Subrecipient must have the necessary processes and systems in place to comply with any applicable reporting requirements.
