Reporting to Law Enforcement. To the extent not already in place, the Settling Pharmacy shall implement standard operating procedures directing its employees to report any confirmed forged prescriptions to state or local law enforcement authorities within 7 days of completing any review of such prescription or conduct. The State shall provide appropriate contact information for such reports. The Settling Pharmacy shall comply with all statutes and regulations requiring the reporting of thefts and losses of Controlled Substances.
