REPORTING TO PARENTS. 1. In each school year, five (5) reports to parents are required. Three (3) of these shall be formal, written reports. Two (2) shall be informal. The format of the informal reports shall be as determined by the school staff and shall be consistent with Ministry and Primary Program Guidelines. 2. This does not preclude a teacher from determining to report more than five (5) times.
