REPORTS AND CREDIT AGENCIES. 1. In addition to its normal reporting, the Servicer shall also furnish Backup Servicer upon request with such reports as are required by this Servicing Agreement and such additional information underlying the data in the aforesaid reports as may be reasonably pertinent to Backup Servicer's needs and that can be generated by the Servicer's existing data processing system without undue effort or expense. The reports required by this Servicing Agreement shall be substantially in the form of Schedule B hereto.
