Reports and other Information; Disclaimer by Lenders. By signing this Agreement, each Lender: (a) is deemed to have requested that Agent furnish such Lender, within a reasonable time after it becomes available to Agent, a copy of each report, Compliance Certificate and/or other documentation (each such report, certificate or documentation being referred to herein as a “Report” and collectively, “Reports”) provided to Agent by Credit Parties pursuant to the Financing Agreements; (b) expressly agrees and acknowledges that Agent (i) does not make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy of any Report, or (ii) shall not be liable for any information contained in any Report; and (c) agrees to keep all Reports confidential in accordance with Section 7.11(b).
