Reports and Reconciliations Sample Clauses
The "Reports and Reconciliations" clause establishes the obligation for parties to provide regular statements or summaries detailing relevant transactions, activities, or financial data under the agreement. Typically, this involves one party submitting periodic reports—such as sales figures, usage logs, or expense breakdowns—which the other party then reviews and compares against their own records to identify discrepancies. The core practical function of this clause is to ensure transparency and accuracy in record-keeping, enabling both parties to promptly detect and resolve inconsistencies, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and financial errors.
