Reports and Statements to Series. 1997-1 Certificateholders. (a) On or prior to the Determination Date, the Servicer will provide to the Trustee a Distribution Date Statement substantially in the form of Exhibit B and on each Distribution Date the Trustee shall forward to each Series 1997-1 Certificateholder the statement substantially in the form of Exhibit B prepared by the Servicer setting forth certain information relating to the Trust and the Series 1997-1 Certificates.

Reports and Statements to Series. 19971996-1 Certificateholders. (a) On or At least two Business Days prior to the Determination each Distribution Date, the Servicer will provide to the Trustee a Distribution Date Statement statements substantially in the form forms of Exhibit B Exhibits B-1 and B-2, and on each Distribution Date the Trustee shall forward to each Series 19971996-1 Certificateholder the statement substantially in the form of Exhibit B B-2 prepared by the Servicer setting forth certain information relating to the Trust and the Series 19971996-1 Certificates.

(a) On or At least two Business Days prior to each Distribution Date, commencing with the Determination Initial Distribution Date, the Servicer will provide to the Trustee a Distribution Date Statement substantially in the form of Exhibit B Trustee, and on each such Distribution Date Date, the Trustee shall forward to each Series 19971999-1 Certificateholder the Certificateholder, a statement substantially in the form of Exhibit B prepared by the Servicer setting forth certain information relating to the Trust and the Series 19971999-1 Certificates.
