Common use of Reports by Bond Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by Bond Trustee. If required by Trust Indenture Act Section 313(a), within 60 days after December 31 of each year, commencing December 31, 2013, the Bond Trustee shall transmit to each Holder of Bonds as required by Trust Indenture Act Section 313(c) a brief report dated as of such date that complies with Trust Indenture Act Section 313(a). The Bond Trustee also shall comply with Trust Indenture Act Section 313(b); provided, however, that the initial report so issued shall be delivered not more than twelve (12) months after the date hereof. A copy of each report at the time of its mailing to Bondholders shall be filed by the Bond Trustee with the Commission and each stock exchange, if any, on which the Bonds are listed. The Bond Issuer shall notify the Bond Trustee if and when the Bonds are listed on any stock exchange.
