Reports By Both Parties. Each Party shall keep the Joint Development Committee or the Joint Commercialization Committee fully informed about the status of the activities performed pursuant to the Development Plan/Budget, including providing the Joint Development Committee with copies of the final form of all written reports that relate to such activities, or pursuant to the Commercialization Plan/Budget, as applicable. Promptly following the Effective Date, to the extent not previously provided, Acceleron shall provide to Celgene a report describing in reasonable detail all data and information developed with respect to each Licensed Compound and Licensed Product prior to the Effective Date. From time to time during the Agreement Term, Acceleron shall provide Celgene with access to any Acceleron Technology in order to permit Celgene to perform its obligations or exercise its rights hereunder.
