Common use of Reports by the Debenture Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Debenture Trustee. (a) The Debenture Trustee shall transmit to Securityholders such reports concerning the Debenture Trustee and its actions under this Indenture as may be required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto. If required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, the Debenture Trustee shall, within 60 days after the date hereof, and no later than the anniversary date hereof in each succeeding year, deliver to Securityholders a brief report, dated as of each such date which complies with the provisions of such Section 313(a). (b) A copy of each such report shall, at the time of such transmission to Securityholders, be filed by the Debenture Trustee with each stock exchange, if any, upon which the Securities are listed, with the Commission and with the Corporation. The Corporation will promptly notify the Debenture Trustee when the Securities are listed on any stock exchange.

The Corporation will promptly notify the Debenture Trustee when the Securities are listed on any stock exchangeexchange or any delisting thereof.

(b) A copy of each such report shall, at the time of such transmission to Securityholders, be filed by the Debenture Trustee with each stock exchange, if any, upon which the Securities are listed, with the Commission and with the Corporation. The Corporation will promptly notify the Debenture Trustee when the Securities are listed on any stock exchange.
