Reports by the TARGETS Guarantee Trustee. Within 60 days after April 15 of each year, the TARGETS Guarantee Trustee shall provide to the Holders such reports as are required by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The TARGETS Guarantee Trustee shall also comply with the requirements of Section 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act.
