Reports by the Trust. The Trust shall furnish to the Certificate --------------------- Trustee, not less often than annually, a certificate of the Certificate Trustee on behalf of the Trust as to his or her knowledge of the Trust's compliance with all conditions and covenants under this Trust Agreement and in accordance with the Trust Indenture Act. For purposes of this Section 3.05(d) such compliance shall be determined without regard to any period of grace or requirement of notice provided under this Trust Agreement.
