Reports by the Trustee to Holders. Within 60 days after each November 15, beginning with November 15, 2012, the Trustee will mail to each Holder, as provided in Trust Indenture Act Section 313(c), a brief report dated as of such November 15, if required by Trust Indenture Act Section 313(a), and file such reports with each stock exchange upon which its Securities are listed and with the Commission if, and to the extent, required by Trust Indenture Act Section 313(d). The Trustee shall comply with Section 313(b) and 313(c) of the Trust Indenture Act. A copy of each such report shall, at the time of such transmission to Holders, be filed by the Trustee with the Issuer, with each stock exchange upon which any Securities are listed (if so listed) and also with the Commission.

Reports by the Trustee to Holders. Within 60 days after each November May 15, beginning with November May 15, 20122009, the Trustee will mail to each Holder, as provided in Trust Indenture Act Section 313(c), a brief report dated as of such November May 15, if required by Trust Indenture Act Section 313(a), and file such reports with each stock exchange upon which its Securities are listed and with the Commission if, and to the extent, required by Trust Indenture Act Section 313(d). The Trustee shall comply with Section 313(b) and 313(c) of the Trust Indenture Act. A copy of each such report shall, at the time of such transmission to Holders, be filed by the Trustee with the Issuer, with each stock exchange upon which any Securities are listed (if so listed) and also with the Commission.

The Trustee shall comply with Section 313(b) and 313(c) of the Trust Indenture Act. The Trustee shall comply with Section 313(b) and 313(c313(e) of the Trust Indenture Act. A copy of each such report shall, at the time of such transmission to Holders, be filed by the Trustee with the Issuer, with each stock exchange upon which any Securities are listed (if so listed) and also with the Commission.
