Common use of Reports by the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Trustee. Any Trustee's report required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 shall be transmitted on or before January 15 in each year beginning January 15, 2000, as provided in Section 313(c) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, so long as any Securities are Outstanding hereunder, and shall be dated as of a date convenient to the Trustee no more than 60 days prior thereto.

Reports by the Trustee. Any Trustee's ’s report required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 shall be transmitted on or before January April 15 in each year beginning January 15, 2000, as provided in Section 313(c) of following the Trust Indenture Act of 1939date hereof, so long as any Securities are Outstanding hereunder, and shall be dated as of a date convenient to the Trustee but no more than 60 nor less than 45 days prior thereto. The Trustee shall comply with Sections 313(b), 313(c) and 313(d) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939.
