Common use of Reports by the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Trustee. (a) On or before July 15 in each year in which any of the Debentures are Outstanding, the Trustee shall transmit by mail, first class postage prepaid, to the Debentureholders, as their names and addresses appear upon the Debenture Register, a brief report dated as of the preceding May 15, if and to the extent required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act. (b) The Trustee shall comply with Section 313(b) and 313(c) of the Trust Indenture Act. (c) A copy of each such report shall, at the time of such transmission to Debentureholders, be filed by the Trustee with the Company, with each stock exchange upon which any Debentures are listed (if so listed) and also with the Commission. The Company agrees to notify the Trustee when any Debentures become listed on any stock exchange.

(c) A copy of each such report shall, at the time of such transmission to DebentureholdersHolders, be filed by the Trustee with each stock exchange, if any, upon which the Securities are listed, with the Commission and with the Company, with each stock exchange upon which any Debentures are listed (if so listed) and also with the Commission.
